综合医院床位规模影响因素特尔菲法定性研究

摘　　要：为探寻综合医院规模的决定因素,采取专家咨询方法分析医院床位规模的影响因素及其影响程度。研究发现影响因素按重要程度排序依次是医院内部因素、区域经济水平、人均卫生资源存量、社会状况和竞争环境。结果表明,医院床位规模扩张主要是由医院内部主导推动的,医院领导决策对其有重要影响。部分医院规模扩张没有充分考虑自身业务收支实际情况和当地医疗资源存量水平。In order to explore the determinants for bed scale of general hospitals, the main factors and their impact weights for hospitals＇ bed scale were consulted by Delphi method. The research showed that the factors according to their order of impacts are： hospital internal factors, regional economic level, per capita stock of health resources, social status and the competitive environment. The conclusions come out that the scale expansion of hospital beds is mainly driven within the hospitals by themselves and major impacted by hospital leaders＇ decision-making. Some hospitals did not fully consider the actual situation of their operating income and the stock levels of local medical resources in their expansion.
