区域卫生信息平台建设的动因分析及其设计

摘　　要：分析了医疗服务机构、患者、政府以及医疗保险经办机构的目标函数,说明上述各主体具有建设区域卫生信息平台的内在需求。在对区域卫生信息平台建设进行动因分析的基础上,从构建主体、构建方式及框架设计、各信息系统间信息交换设计、区域卫生信息平台安全机制设计等方面提出区域卫生信息平台的设计方案。By analysis on function of objective among medical institutes, patient, government and medical insurance institutes, the internal demands of building regional health information system in the above parts were analyzed. Based on the motive analysis on building regional health information system, the plan of building regional health information system including the suhjecl, approach, framework, information transmission and security mechanism was discussed.
