摘　　要：根据2010年7月1日正式实施的《中华人民共和国侵权责任法》（下称《侵权责任法》），结合迅速兴起的各层次的医院体检中心的现状。就医院体检中心作为医疗新兴产业在其发展过程中存在诸多问题与潜在法律风险，对其进行归类总结，探讨分析，并提出相关规避策略和管理措施。According to tort liability law issued from July the 1st, 2010 and combined with the status of hospital physical examination center which is an emerging affair in medical industry, problems and legal risks in hospital physical examination center are analyzed and classified. Strategies and management measures are also discussed.
