小儿氟乙酰胺急性中毒29例分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨小儿氟乙酰胺急性中毒的中毒机理及救治措施。方法:29例患儿根据其具体病情给予科学有效的综合治疗。结果:经过治疗,28例痊愈,1例死于呼吸衰竭,抢救成功率达到96.6%。结论:及早发现病情,并根据病情采取科学有效的急救措施,对于提高抢救成功率具有重要意义。Objective：To explore the mechanism and measure of emergency treatment about acute toxicity of fluoroacetamide.Methods：29 cases of children patients were given scientific and effective comprehensive treatment according to concrete states.Results：By treatment,28 cases healed,and 1 case dead of respiratory failure,the cusses＇rate of emergency treatment reached up to 96.6%.Conclusions：finding disease timely and taking up scientific and effective emergency measure,are very important for enhancing the cusses＇ rate of emergency treatment.
