会阴部坏死性筋膜炎8例报告

摘　　要：目的总结处理会阴坏死性筋膜炎方面的经验及效果。方法回顾性分析1999年1月～2009年12月间笔者所在医院收治的8例会阴坏死性筋膜炎患者的临床资料。结果本组年龄19～68岁，平均44岁。75％病例存在合并症，经多次、多处清创引流，广谱抗生素的应用，全身支持等处理，12—37d治愈，无死亡病例。结论早期正确诊断及彻底清创对会阴坏死性筋膜炎的处理尤为重要。Objective The purpose of this study was to report our experience and results in the management of perineal neerotizing fasciitis. Methods To retrospectively reviewed the data of 8 patients of perineal necrotizing fasciitis treated between January 1999 and December 2009 in people＇s hospital of Luzhou. Results 8 patients were identified （ mean age 44 years, range 19 -68 years）. Comorbid conditions were identified in 75% cases included diabetes mellitus, hypoproteinemia and chronic bronchitis. The hospital stay range 12 -37 days（ mean 26 days）. The involved area were different too. The mortality rate was 0 （ no patients died）. Conclusion Early recognition of the pathology and surgical debridement are the mainstay of the management of perineal necrotizing fasciitis.
