摘 要:2010年,主要航天国家对载人航天战略做出重大调整,美国发布《国家空间政策》,明确"21世纪空间探索战略",决定2030年后实施载人探索火星计划,俄、欧、日、印等进一步细化未来载人航天发展规划。国际空间站在轨运行时间延长至2020年,空间站潜在应用价值将进一步显现。深空探索成为各国发展热点,新一代载人航天系统与创新技术孕育着新突破,国际航天学术机构在载人航天合作中的桥梁作用得到进一步发挥。In 2010, strategies for manned spaceflight of major countries have undertaken important adjustment. The United States issued the "National Space Policy", in which the space exploration strategy for the 21st Century was defined, and the manned Mars exploration program was decided to be launched after 2030. Russia, Europe, Japan, and India respectively refined its future manned space development. The time frame for International Space Station in orbit is extended to 2020, and the potential application of ISS will be further demonstrated. Deep space exploration becomes a hotspot for many countries, and new breakthrough might be bred in the development of new generation of manned spaceflight systems and innovative technologies. In the field of manned spaceflight cooperation, the international aerospace academic institutions act as bridges and their functions will be further brought into play.
