摘 要:分析无刷直流电机在PWM调制下稳态时的换相过程,通过在换相期间的PWM调制来实现高、低速条件下的换相转矩脉动补偿控制,确定了保持换相期间非换相相电流幅值不变的换相时间。分析PWM调制方式对三相六状态二二导通无刷直流电机控制系统的影响,提出了在PWM_ON_PWM调制方式下的换相转矩脉动补偿控制,不但能够完全消除非换相期间由于关断相出现电流而引起的电磁转矩脉动,而且能够完全补偿由于换相而引起的转矩脉动,实现电机在低速和高速时的无转矩脉动控制。The steady commutation process of brushless DC motor by PWM modes was analyzed, and real- ized phase conversion torque ripple compensation control under both low speed and high speed operation by PWM control in commutation period,and confirmed commutation time to hold amplitude of current in commutation period. The effect by PWM modes on a three-phase six-state 120°conduction brushless DC motor was analyzed,and proposed torque ripple compensation control in PWM ON PWM mode,which can not only en- tirely eliminate torque ripple resulted from the current emerging in the turn-off phase during non-commutation period but also compensate torque ripple caused by the commutation current during commutation period. The torque ripple can he effectively reduced under both low speed and high speed operation using torque ripple compensation control in PWM _ON _PWM mode.
