摘  要:通过对低质生物油进行分离提质,使生物油由原来的pH=2.52提高到pH=5.47,说明生物油中的羧酸已基本分离除去。生物油分离前后的红外光谱分析结果表明,分离提质后生物油中羧基峰(1600cm-1左右)已经大大减弱。从生物油中分离出的水相含有大量的羧酸,可用于制备醋酸钙(镁)盐类融雪剂,其产物经红外光谱分析和X射线衍射光谱分析证明了该产品的结构。Through extracting and separating carboxylic acid from bio-oil,the oxygen level,acidity and corrosivity of the bio-oil were reduced,and the quality was improved.Meanwhile the water phase was converted to calcium magnesium acetate(CMA) environment friendly deicers,realizing the high value utilization of bio-oil.Through separation and upgrading of inferior bio-oil,the pH of bio-oil was increased from 2.52 to 5.47,which explains the carboxylic acid in bio-oil has been removed by and large.The IR spectrum shows that carboxyl peak of bio-oil(1600 cm-1) is much weaken after separation and upgrading.Because the water phase separated from the bio-oil contains a large amount of carboxylic acid,it can be used in the preparation of acetic acid calcium(magnesium) deicers.The product's structure was proved by IR spectrum and XRD spectrum.
