摘 要:大功率紫外LED是一种新型半导体光源,具有体积小、发热量小、光电转化效能高等优点。但是单管UV-LED存在功率小、辐射发散角大等缺陷,无法满足实际现场应用要求,制约了该型光源的拓展性推广使用。鉴于存在的问题,提出了针对多管UV-LED的空间合理阵列排布光学设计方案,以实现空间能量累加且控制辐照面的光斑尺寸、辐照度、后工作距离等光学指标,经过Light-Tools软件的优化设计与光学仿真模拟分析,证明了文中给出的点、线、面光固化光源系统设计方案合理、可行,为大功率UV-LED的拓展性应用研究提供了可靠的实验依据与可行性分析。The high power UV-LED is a new type semiconductor light source,and its appearance brings the revolutionary development to UV curing technique.It has the merits of compact size,small heat radiation,high efficiency of electricity to light conversion,et al..However the emitting power of single UV-LED can not meet the high demand of practical application due to its low power and large emanative radiation,and advanced development is constrained due to this reason.A new optical system design method by which multiple UV-LEDs were arranged together to configure an array to realize the accumulation of energy was presented.Consequently the target parameter of irradiance,size of spot,back working distance can be controlled.The optical design projects to produce a single spot,zone or area illumination were proved to be realizable and reasonable by optical simulation using Light Tools software.The given result and analysis can be reliable experimental base for the advanced research to high power UV-LED.
