菲律宾金融供给缺口分析及其缓解路径

摘　　要：在泛北部湾经济区的建设过程当中,菲律宾需要进行大规模的基础设施建设、对外投资贸易及承接发达地区的产业转移。本文从菲律宾资金供给和金融服务供给的实证分析出发,结合菲律宾面临的巨大的资金和金融服务需求缺口,提出以发展区域股权投资基金、构建区域贸易结算和融资中心、发展供应链金融等方式健全菲律宾金融体系,解决金融供给不足问题。During the construction of the Pan-Beibu Gulf Economic Zone,the Philippines needs to undertake large scale infrastructure construction,foreign trade and investment,and industrial relocation from developed regions.This paper started from empirical analysis on the Philippines＇ capital supply and financial service supply,based on the fact that the Philippines is faced with a great gap of capital and financial service,put forward the measures of improving its financial system to solve the problem of short financial supply,specifically,by means of developing regional equity investment fund,constructing regional trade settlement and financing centre and developing supply chain finance.
