用广西茧生产高品位生丝的茧处理工艺探讨

摘　　要：广西蚕茧属多化性茧,存在茧层薄、洁净差等特点,较难生产高品位生丝。针对广西茧的茧质特性,通过煮茧前触蒸技术及煮茧工艺改进的方法,探讨适合广西原料茧特性的茧处理生产工艺,来改善广西原料茧茧质,以达到生产高品位生丝的目的。结果表明:如果选用洁净93分以上的原料茧为原料,通过优化茧处理及煮茧生产工艺,可以实现用广西茧生产出5A以上高品位的生丝。Guangxi silkworm cocoon,which belongs to polyvoltine,has some characteristics such as thin cocoon layer,low value of neatness and so on,for that it is hard to produce high-quality raw silk.Considering properties of Guangxi cocoon,it was investigated on the pre-cocoon cooking steaming and cocoon cooking technique to develop the processing of raw silk,so as to produce the high-quality raw silk.The results show that if the raw cocoon with cleanliness at above 93 points was taken as the raw material,which treated by processing of optimization and cooking steaming to improve the quality of Guangxi cocoon,the high quality above 5A of silk would be produced.
