负压封闭引流配合胫骨皮瓣治疗小腿创伤性骨皮缺损

摘　　要：目的:观察应用负压封闭引流配合胫骨皮瓣治疗小腿创伤性骨皮缺损的临床疗效。方法:2008年2月～2009年3月我科应用VSD技术配合胫骨皮瓣治疗小腿创伤性骨皮缺损25例。结果:25例患者经12～18d(平均13.9d)封闭式负压持续吸引治疗后去掉VSD装置,创面肉芽生长新鲜血循环良好,细菌培养均呈阴性,行胫骨皮瓣移位治疗,经随访1～4年,平均2.5年,所有患者情况良好,未见复发迹象。结论:VSD技术配合胫骨皮瓣治疗小腿创伤性骨皮缺损,能够有效改善受区血液循环,缩短治疗时间,是小腿创伤性骨皮缺损行之有效的临床治疗方法。Objective： To observe the clinical effect of treating traumatic skin defects of the lower leg bone by VSD plus tibial flap. Methods： February 2008~March 2009, using VSD plus tibial flap treated 25 cases of traumatic skin defects of the lower leg bone. Results： After 12~ 18 days （average 13.9 days）, the growth of new blood circulation granulation good, bacterial cultures were negative, treatment of tibial flap, 1 to 4 years follow-up, average 2.5 years, patients in good condition, no evidence of recurrence. Conclusion： Treating traumatic skin defects of the lower leg bone by VSD plus tibial flap, can improve the blood circulation, shorten treatment time, is effective clinical treatment on traumatic skin defects of the lower leg bone.
