中西药结合治疗早期糖尿病肾病45例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨中西药结合治疗早期糖尿病的疗效。方法:将90例早期DN患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各45例,对照组采用常规西药治疗方法,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加中药,观察临床症状,尿微量白蛋白(MA)等指标。结果:治疗组有效率85.71%,对照组有效率65.7%(两组比较P<0.05)。结论:中西药结合治疗早期DN疗效显著。Objective： To investigate the effect of treating.early diabetes nephropathy （DN）in the integrative medicine. Methods： 90 patients with early DN were divided into the treatment group and the contrast group, each group was 45 cases. The contrast group treated in general western medicine, the treatment group treated in general western medicine plus TCM, and the MA index and the clinic symptom were observed. Results： The effect rate in the treatment group was 85.71%, the contrast group was 65.7% （compared with two groups P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The effect is fine in integrated traditional and western medicine for early DN.
