摘 要:结合我国东、中、西三大区经济社会发展布局,在综合分析各省级行政区城市供水组成、城镇化水平及综合生活人均用水量的基础上,将全国划分为8个规划分区。根据全国城市饮用水水源地调查评价成果,对各规划分区城市饮用水水源地分布状况进行了说明,对城市饮用水水源地水质、水量安全状况进行了综合评价。结果表明,我国城市饮用水水源地安全形势仍十分严峻,各规划分区的饮用水安全特点和主要问题具有明显的区域差异性。结合城市饮用水水源地安全分区评价成果,提出了各规划分区水源地安全保障总体布局。Combined with the layout of social and economic development in eastern, central and western China, eight planning divisions were proposed based on comprehensive analysis of urban water supply composition, regional urbanization level, and the integrated per capita water consumption. Based on the results of surveying and analyzing urban drinking water sources in China, the distribution status of the urban drinking water sources in planned divisions was introduced, and the security situation of water quality and water quantity of the urban drinking water sources was comprehensively evaluated. The overall evaluation showed that the security situation of urban drinking water sources for Chinese cities was at risk, and there existed significant regional differences in drinking water security characteristics and main problems among the planning divisions. An overall safety countermeasures layout of water souroes in each planning division was proposed according to the results of zoning security evaluation of urban drinking water sources.
