35例老年人非胃手术术后胃瘫综合征的诊治

摘　　要：目的:探讨老年人的非胃手术术后胃瘫综合征诊治。方法:对2006年1月至2009年12月间我院出现的35例老年人的非胃手术术后胃瘫综合征患者的临床资料进行总结。结果:本组患者均治愈,无死亡病例。19例胃镜下行空肠置管,胃动力恢复最短5天,最长11天,平均12天,未置管者胃动力恢复最短14天,最长42天,平均为24.5天。结论:上消化道碘剂造影及是诊断老年人非胃手术胃瘫综合征的可靠简便方法,早期发现予以胃肠道内营养,有利于胃动力的恢复。Objective： To investigate the treatment of elderly abdominal surgery after non-gastric gastroparesis syndrome. Methods： The clinical data 35 case elderly patients with non-gastric abdominal surgery patient＇s gastroparesis from January 2006 to December 2009 were analysised. Results： The patients were cured and no deaths, i0 cases of endoscopic jejunal tube down, gastric motility recovery shortest 5 days and 1 ldays, an average of 128days, did not restore gastric motility tube by the shortest 14 days, up to 42 days, an average of 24.5 days. Conclusion： iodine contrast upper gastrointestinal tract and the diagnosis of elderly non-gastric abdominal surgery gastroparesis syndrome and reliable method of early detection of nutrition to the gastrointestinal tract are conducive to the recovery of gastric motility.
