心室辅助径流泵的设计方法

摘  要:我们正在研制一种心室辅助径流泵,可在体外循环中代替血泵使用,也可作为心衰病人短期心脏辅助泵使用。此种无密封件的径流的泵的轴尖支承结构由一根氧化铝陶瓷制成的叶轮轴和两只氧化锆陶瓷制成的轴尖轴承组成。叶轮的外径为72毫米,进流处直径为24毫米。位于叶轮上表面的六个叶片的进流侧高度为5.5毫米。出流侧高度为3毫米。在叶轮的底平面内装有八片钕铁硼磁铁,在与其位置相对应的驱动电机的端部装有八块钕铁硼磁铁,共同组成磁耦合作用力。通过磁耦合力驱动叶轮转动。该径流泵的最大许可工况为每分2400转并达到40千帕斯卡的压力时,可产生每分9升的输出流量。We are developing a centrifugal ventricular assist pump, as an alternative to the roller pump for cardiopulmonary bypass, or as an short-term cardiac assist pump for patients with heart failure. The pivot bearing system of the sealless centrifugal pump consists of an impeller shaft made of Al2O3 ceramics and two pivot bearins made of ZrO2 ceramics. The impeller has an outer diameter of 72mm and an inlet diameter of 24mm. The heights of six vanes on the top of impeller are 5.5mm and 3mm respectively in inlet sides and outlet sides. In the end plate of the impeller, 8 pieces of NdFeB magnet are embedded and provide the force for magnetic coupling with 8 pieces of NdFeB magnet embedded in the opposite end of the driving motor. By the force of the magnetic coupling, the impeller rotates. The maximum admitted conditions of this centrifugal pump are flow of 9L/min against 40kPa total pressure head at 2400rpm.
