摘　　要：基于赤天化纸业污水处理厂工程特点,机械吊装设备难以进入施工现场。在跨山谷架空管道施工过程中,采用逐榀依次推进卷扬机扳立技术,成功地解决了管道立柱的安装问题。通过设置固定焊接操作平台和卷扬机高空桥式水平牵引延伸相结合的技术,避免了焊工高空作业的安全隐患,加快了施工进度,保证了管道焊接质量,节约了施工成本。Taking Chitianhua paper sewage plant as example,it is difficult for hoisting machine to enter the construction site.During the construction of overhead pipeline across valley,the erecting technology is adopted step by step to solve the installation problems of pipeline column.The safety hidden danger at high altitude is prevented by selecting fixed welding platform with horizontal pulling of hosting at high altitude.Thus,the construction period is shortened to ensure the quality of pipeline welding,which can save construction cost.
