摘　　要：本文对蒙阴县西南峪小流域自然、地理、水土流失、土地利用、社会经济等情况进行调查、分析的基础上,制定了短期与长期综合治理和发展规划。通过四年实施,获得显著效益,人均收入由原来195元上升到500元,森林覆盖面积由原来的18.6%上升到48 %,并探索出一条山丘区小流域综合治理与开发的较好途径。Based on the investigation of the natural,geographical,soil and water loss,land utilization and social-economical condition,etc.,of Xinanyu watershed of Menying county,it draws up the comprehensivs harness and de- velopment plan for short and long term.The implementation in four years has made obvious benefit,the income per capita is raised from 195 yuan to 500 yuan,the forest cover rate from 18.6% to 48%.lt explorese a better way to harness and develop the small watershed of mountainous or hill regions.
