摘  要:以57,-二羟基-6,4'-二甲氧基黄酮为对照品、AlCl3作为显色剂,建立了三波长分光光度法测定金银花及叶中总黄酮含量的方法。总黄酮的质量浓度在1.92~19.20μg/mL范围内与吸光度呈良好的线性关系,相关系数r=0.9997;平均回收率分别为96.6%9,7.1%,RSD=1.4%,2.3%(n=4)。该方法可校正混浊背景倾斜度的影响,还能消除重叠吸收曲线的干扰,适用于植物中总黄酮的测定。A three wavelength spectrophotometry for the determination of the contents of total flavonoids in Lonicera japonica and its leaves was studied by using 5,7-dihydroxy-6,4'-dimethoxyflavone as a reference substance and aluminum trichloride as a colorimetrie reagent. The linear range of the method was 1.92 - 19. 20 μg/mL with the correlation coefficient of r = 0. 9997. The average recoveries were 96. 6%, 97. 1%, and RSDs were 1.4%, 2. 3% (n = 4). By selecting the three wavelengths appropriately, the absorbance of interfering components can be corrected efficiently. The method is feasible for the determination of the contents of total flavonoids in plants.
