摘  要:建立了化妆品中甲醛的快速检测方法。采用自动顶空GC-MS法,优化顶空条件,选用叔丁醇作为内标,甲醛浓度在5.6~560μg/g范围内,线性良好(r=0.9995)。甲醛的最低检出浓度为0.6μg/g,回收率90.23%~108.79%,RSD在4.3%~9.4%之间。A selective, rapid and simple method was developed for the quantitative determination of formaldehyde in cosmetic products. A headspace gas chromatography-mass spectrometry was employed for the analysis of formaldehyde in cosmetic; products. The conditions of headspace has been tested and optimized. Tertbutanol was used as an internal standard. The linear range of formaldehyde was from 5.6 μg/g to 560 μg/g ( r = 0. 9995 ) , the detection limit of formaldehyde was 0. 6 μg/g. The range of recovery was from 90. 23 % to 108.79% , and RSDs were from 4.3% to 9.4%.
