5-单硝酸异山梨酯治疗冠心病临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的：评价国产５单硝酸异山梨酯（ 丽珠欣乐） 治疗冠心病临床疗效。方法：对８２例冠心病患者随机分 Ａ、 Ｂ 两组， Ａ 组给予国产５单硝酸异山梨酯３０６０ ｍｇ／ｄ ， Ｂ 组给予二硝酸异山梨醇酯１５３０ ｍｇ／ｄ 治疗。结果：缓解心绞痛总有效率， Ａ 组为８８ ．２４ ％ ， Ｂ 组８５ ．４２ ％ （ Ｐ＞ ０ ．０５） 。对缺血性 Ｓ Ｔ Ｔ 改善总有效率， Ａ 组为７０ ．５９ ％ ， Ｂ 组为６６ ．６７ ％ （ Ｐ＞ ０ ．０５） 。心功能改善情况， Ａ 组为５４ ．５５ ％ ， Ｂ 组为５３ ．３３ ％ （ Ｐ＞ ０ ．０５） ，在治疗过程中发现该药对动脉血压及心室率无明显影响，也无明显的毒副作用。结论：笔者认为该药对冠心病的治疗值得推广和应用。Objective:To evaluate the clinical therapeutic effect of treating CHD with home Isosorbide 5 Mononitrate.Methods:To 82 Cases patients of CHD were divided into A and B groups randomly in this paper ,of which A group has been given home Isosorbide 5 Mononitrate while B given Isosorbied Dinitrate.Results:shows as follows:A and B group are 88.24% and 85.42%(P>0.05)respectively in remissing angina pectoris,70.59% and 66.67% (P>0.05) in improving ischemic ST T and 54.55% and 53.33% (P>0.05) in improving heart function.No toxic and side effect and no influence on artery blood pressure,and ventricular rhythm has been found in the course of treatment.Conclusion:So the author suggests that the drug which treats CHD is worthy utilizing largely.
