刻克痒治疗皮肤病瘙痒的临床研究

摘　　要：目的：验证刻克痒治疗皮肤瘙痒的临床疗效。方法：分别用刻克痒和与其外观性状相似的安慰剂外搽不同瘙痒部位，观察止痒起效时间和维持时间及止痒疗效。结果和结论：刻克痒对１２０ 例不同皮肤病之瘙痒的显效率为７６７ ％ ，总有效率９０８ ％ 。外搽一次即刻止痒者占８３５ ％ ，止痒维持１２ｈ 以上者占７８０ ％ 。Objective:To test and verify clinical curative effect of treating skin itch with ke ke yang.Method:ke ke yang and comfort liquid with similar appearance were applied on different location of itch respectively,and then the starting and lasting period of effect were observed.Result and Conclusion:The marked curative effect rate of treating 120 cases of different skin itch with ke ke yang was 76.7%,the total effective rate was 90.8%.If the drug was applied only one time,the rate which was effective immediately was 83.5%,the rate which effect lasted over 12 hours was 78.0%.
