“五缘”理论在海西发展中的地位与作用

摘　　要："五缘"理论学说包括亲缘、地缘、文缘、商缘和神缘,是植根于五千年中华优秀传统文化基础,结合改革开放以来的实践和华商实践,立足现实,面向海外而创立的新理论。本文阐述了"五缘"理论是海西发展的社会资本,是海西发展的人才库和产业链,是发展海峡西岸经济区的重要理论基础。有利于闽台交流与合作,促进两岸商贸往来和经济增长,有利于传承中华优秀文化,保持血脉相连,有利于两岸和平统一,促进社会和谐。同时强调建设与发展海峡西岸经济区,须加强和发挥"五缘"优势,以东方管理"三为"(以人为本、以德为先、人为为人)思想为核心,以"三和"(人和、和合、和谐)为目标,构建科学、绿色、可持续发展的海峡西岸经济区。＂Five Connections＂ theory,composed of kindred connection,land connection,cultural connection,business connection and belief connection,is a newly produced theory based on the five-thousand-year long Chinese traditional culture,integrated with business practice since the implementation of the opening-up and reform policy and overseas Chinese merchants＇ business practice,and with an intent to serve overseas Chinese.It is expatiated in this paper that the ＂Five Connections＂ theory plays a role as social capital in the development of the western coast of the strait,facilitating the development of talent pool and industrial chain,and providing important theoretical support for developing the economic zone in the western coast of the strait.It works by facilitating communication and cooperation between Fujian province and Taiwan island,promoting trade and economic growth across the trait,spreading excellent Chinese traditional culture,maintaining kindred connectivity,facilitating peaceful reunification and promoting social harmony.Also highlighted in this paper is that,it is imperative to build a scientific,green and sustainable economic zone of the western coast of the strait by capitalizing the advantage of the ＂Five Connections＂,focusing on the Three Wei-People Foremost,Virtue Priority and Conduct Oneself to Serve Others,and working to achieve a goal symbolized by ＂Three He＂,including inter-personal harmony,cooperation and social harmony.
