摘 要:在稀土助染羊毛染色工艺应用研究的基础上,就工业用混合稀土在羊毛酸性染料染色中的工艺进行了实验和探讨,其目的是优化染色配方及工艺,使其在实际生产应用中有更准确的比较和选择。通过常规染色和稀土低温染色实验性能比较得出稀土低温染色的优越性,并对其进行大量单因素实验以及实验后主要性能测试,结果表明:在羊毛酸性染料染色中添加混合稀土能显著提高上染百分率,并能取代部分染色助剂,节省染色成本,减轻环境污染,缩短染色时间,减轻对羊毛的损伤。In this paper,on the basis of the application of rare earth as dyeing auxiliary,we research the dyeing process of mixed rare earth in wool-dyeing technology with acid dyes.The purpose of this artical is to optimize the dyeing process and has a more accurate comparison and selection in practical application.Comparison of conventional staining and rare earth dyeing in low temperature,the latter method has greater advantages.By doing large number of single factor experiments and the main performance test,we know that adding mixed rare earth in wool acid dyes can increase the dyeing rate significantly,replace a part of dyeing auxiliaries to save cost and reduce environmental pollution,shorten the time of wool dyeing to reduce damage of wool.
