摘 要:研究采用低温染色助剂Miralan LTD对羊绒纤维进行染色试验,染色温度可以降低至85℃。试验结果表明:采用低温染色新工艺,染色时间达到50~60 min时,上染百分率基本达到平衡,且与常规染色时接近,皂洗牢度和干摩擦牢度都能达到4级以上;单纤维强力由2.3~2.5 cN提高到2.6~2.9 cN,断裂伸长率则由12.0%~12.5%提高到14.5%以上,为羊绒染色工艺提供了一个新的加工途径。This paper focused on that cashmere was dyed using Miralan LTD,which was a new low temperature dyeing auxiliary agent.The experiment results showed that using Miralan LTD with the new process of low temperature dyeing,the dyeing temperature could be lowered to 85 ℃,the dyeing time achieve to 50 ~ 60 min,the percentage of dye achieving a balance and closer to the conventional dyeing,soaping fastness and dry rubbing fastness can reach level 4 or above,single fiber strength by the 2.3 ~ 2.5 cN increased to 2.6 ~ 2.9 cN,elongation from 12.0% ~ 12.5% increased to 14.5%,and for the dyeing of cashmere to provide a new way of processing.
