摘　　要：用毛纺设备生产精纺羊绒/水溶性维纶混纺纱,弥补了羊绒纱强力低、织造易断头的缺点,提高了精纺羊绒纱的可纺支数,降低了精纺羊绒纱的纺纱难度,丰富了精纺羊绒纱品种,开拓了市场。文章以水溶性维纶的长丝、短纤维、毛条等3种形式探讨与羊绒纤维混纺的混纺比、工艺流程、加油剂方式、工艺过程及工艺参数控制、成品纱回潮控制、成品纱检验方法、色纱生产对色控制、后处理方法,还针对可溶性维纶自身的特点,详细分析了在纺纱过程和成品后处理过程中的注意事项。Useing wool equipment to produle worsted cashmere/PVA blended products,can remedy the shertcomgs of low breakage of cashmere,easy breaking in weaving,which can improve the spinning count of worsted cashmere yarn,reduce the difficulty of wearing worsted cashmere yarn,and enrich the assortment of cashmere yarn.The paper discussed the blending ratio,process flows,mode of adding oil,parameters cotroling,moisture contring,testing of finished products,finishing process of the water-solule PVA/cashmere blended yarns.It analysed the spinning process and finished process in detail.
