摘  要:山羊绒纤维由于表面存在鳞片,使用过程中会产生缩绒现象,织物面积收缩,形状不稳定,降低了产品的服用性能,为了测试研究其毡缩性能规律,应用毡缩球法测试了白山羊绒纤维、紫山羊绒纤维、防缩白绒、染色山羊绒纤维的毡缩程度。实验得出:纤维毡缩体的体积随测试皂液温度与时间的增加而逐渐变小;当皂液温度超过30℃,时间大于30 min,白山羊绒产生严重毡缩。防缩白绒的毡缩程度明显减小;山羊绒纤维的染色对其毡缩程度无影响。Because of the scales on the cashmere fiber surface,the using process will lead to the phenomenon of fabric shrinkage,shape instability and reduce the wearability.In order to test the performance of the regular felting,in this paper,shrink-ball method was used to test white cashmere fiber,purple cashmere fiber,shrink cashmere fiber,dyed cashmere fiber′ s felting degree.The experiment showed that the volume of the fiber felting body was gradually smaller with the increase of the temperature and time,when the soap temperature exceeded 30 ℃,time longer than 30 min,white cashmere had a serious felting.Shrink-proof treatment of the white cashmere significantly reduced the degree of felting,cashmere fiber′s staining had no effect on the extent of its shrinkage.
