数字资源长期保存的成本影响因素分析

摘　　要：文章将现有的数字资源长期保存成本分析模型分为横向体系和纵向体系两种类型,在详细分析两类成本模型的基础上,指出不同模型间的差异只是源于考量角度的不同,对保存活动中各成本因素不同维度的分解,本质上并无差异。但在数字资源长期保存活动的每一阶段,可选择的变量和情境要素众多,所以在估算保存成本时,应关注不同的保存策略、保存资源的类型、保存要求、保存主体和质量控制标准等因素对总成本的影响。Based on the review of existing cost calculation models of permanent digital resources preservation,the paper pointed out that there is no essential difference among different models.Then,considering that some variations and scenarios,which may have a great impact on the whole cost of digital preservation,will emerge in every stage of the preservation process,some advices were made to calculate the whole cost of this process,including emphasis on the selection of different preservation strategies and organizations,different types of digital objectives and authentic and security requirements,etc.
