村民自治法规则体系之缺陷剖析

摘　　要：目前,我国村民自治法制建设基本适应了当前村民自治对法律制度的要求。但随着我国民主政治的不断发展,在村民自治制度的实践过程中也越来越暴露出现行法规则体系建构的粗陋和缺失。理性剖析现行村民自治法规则体系的缺陷,是村民自治法规则体系完善的基础,是确保村民自治和依法治村完美契合的前提。At present,our country villager self-administration legislative work adapted the current villagerself-administration basically to legal regime＇s request.But along with our country democracy＇s unceasing development,also moreand more exposes the lex lata regular system construction in the villager self-administration system＇s practice process coarse andthe flaw.The rational analysis present villagers autonomous law regular system＇s flaw,is the villagers autonomous law regularsystem perfect foundation,is guaranteed that the villager self-administration and governs the village perfect conjunction legallythe premise.
