摘 要:目的采用反相高效液相色谱法(RP—HPLC)对柴胡滴丸中柴胡皂苷a、d含量进行测定。方法色谱柱为Agilent EclipseXDB-C18(4.6mm×250mm。5μm),以乙腈和水为流动相,采用梯度洗脱,检测波长为210nm。结果柴胡皂苷a在0.49~7.84μg(R=1)范围内、柴胡皂苷d在0.0778~1.2448μg(R=1)范围内,浓度与峰面积呈良好线性关系,方法平均回收率分别为98.7%(RSD=1.5%)、99.2%(RSD=1.6%)。结论该方法对柴胡滴丸中柴胡皂苷a、d含量的测定简便易行,结果准确可靠,适用于对柴胡滴丸进行质量控制。OBJECTIVE The content of saikosaponina and saikosaponin d in Chaihu dripping pills had been determined by RP-HPLC method. METHODS The chromatographic column was Agilent Eclipse XDB-CI8 (4.6mm × 250mm, 5μm ). Mobile phase is acetonitrile and water solution (gradient elution). The detection wave length was 210nm. RESULTS The good linear detection wncentration range of saikosaponin was0.49-7.84μg (R= 1)and saikosaponin d was 0.07?8-- 1.2448μg(R=1).The recovery of saikosaponin a was 98.7% (RSD= 1.5 % ) and saikosaponin d was 99.2 % (RSD = 1.6 % ). CONCLUSION The present method for determining con tent of saikosaponin a and saikosaponin d in Chaihu dripping pills is simple, feasible with accurate and reliable resuits, which is suitable for the quality control of this preparation.
