摘　　要：兵家思想产生于春秋战国纷繁复杂的战乱环境中,它崇尚功利、重视理性和实用性。兵家的这些特点对于当时的政治产生了重要影响。在政治思想领域,兵家的影响主要表现在社会思潮向功利主义价值观以及理性现实精神转型;在政治实践领域,则主要表现在对法家变法运动的影响上。兵家思想作用于政治,开创了法治、刑赏和君主专制制度,造就了一个统一的秦帝国,但也为这个帝国的覆灭埋下了祸根。Resulted from the complicated war environment in the Spring and Autumn and the Warring States Periods, the military strategic thoughts admire utility and reason, which imposes great influence on the politics at that time. In the aspect of political thoughts, their influence is represented in the transformation of thought trend from utilitarianism to reasonable reality, while in the aspect of political practice, it results in reform movements initiated by legalists. Its influence on politics not only makes the Qin State unite the country, but also leads the Qin Dynasty to ruin.
