摘  要:对电子产品中多溴二苯醚(PBDEs)的测定方法进行了研究。样品采用甲苯作为提取溶剂进行索氏萃取,提取液经过净化、硅胶柱分离、浓缩处理。再用带电子捕获检测器的气相色谱仪(GC-ECD)进行测定。对GC-ECD的精确度和回收率进行了测定,基质加标空白回收率在87.3%~116.3%。并测得相对标准偏差(RSD)为2.95%~4.01%,方法检出限为0.6~10.4 mg.kg-1。A fast and effective method for measuring concentrations of polybrominated diphenyl ethers(PBDEs) in electronic products was developed.Toluene was used as a solvent for Soxhlet extraction to extract the samples.After purification,silica gel column separation and enrichment,the extracted PBDEs in the solvent phase were transferred to the l mL sample for analysis by GC-ECD.Recovery of those PBDEs spiked in several blanks ranged from 87.3% to 116.3%with a relative standard deviation of 2.95% to 4.01%.The detection limit of the GC-ECD determination was 0.6~10.4 mg·kg-1.The method was successfully employed for measurement of Nona-BDE and Deca-BDE in the sample.
