补肾安胎冲剂联合免疫疗法治疗反复自然流产40例  

Bushen Antai Granules Combined with Immunotherapy in Treatment of Recurrent Spontaneous Abortion:A Report of 40 Cases

摘　　要：目的观察补肾安胎冲剂联合免疫疗法治疗反复自然流产(recurrent spontaneous abortion,RSA)的临床疗效。方法收集封闭抗体低下型RSA患者80例,随机分成综合治疗组、单纯淋巴细胞治疗对照组各40例,对照组采用丈夫淋巴细胞皮下注射主动免疫疗法;综合治疗组在对照组基础上加服补肾安胎冲剂,比较治疗前后两组封闭抗体(微淋巴细胞毒试验镜下细胞死亡率)的变化及妊娠成功率。结果第1个疗程结束后,治疗组与对照组封闭抗体阳转率分别为95.00%、80.00%,妊娠率分别为94.74%、75.00%;治疗组封闭抗体阳转率、妊娠率和淋巴细胞死亡率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论补肾安胎冲剂联合免疫疗法较单一免疫疗法更能有效刺激RSA患者产生封闭抗体,提高妊娠成功率。Objective To observe the clinical effects of Bushen Antai Granules,a traditional Chinese prescription for supplementing kidney to prevent abortion,combined with immunotherapy in treating recurrent spontaneous abortion（RSA）.Methods Eighty RSA patients with low blocking antibody were randomly divided into the comprehensive treatment group（40 cases） and the control group（40 cases）.Patients in the control group were treated by active immunotherapy with hypodermic injection of their husbands＇ lymphocytes;while patients in comprehensive treatment group were treated with Bushen Antai Granules combined with active immunotherapy.Before and after treatment,the positive conversion rate of blocking antibody（indicated by death rate of lymphocytes under microscope） and successful pregnancy rate were observed and compared between the two groups.Results At the end of first treatment course,the positive conversion rates of blocking antibody were 95.00% and 80.00% in the comprehensive treatment group and the control group,respectively;and the successful pregnancy rates were 94.74% and 75.00%,respectively.The positive conversion rate of blocking antibody,successful pregnancy rate and death rate of lymphocytes in the comprehensive treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Bushen Antai Granules combined with active immunotherapy is superior to single immunotherapy in promoting the production of blocking antibody and improving successful pregnancy rate in RSA patients.
