摘　　要：通过对市场经济国家巨灾保险制度建设的三种典型模式比较分析显示,这些国家巨灾保险制度建设的法律保障机制比较健全,注重发挥市场机制在应对巨灾风险中的作用,政府给予不同程度的政策支持,大多设立了巨灾风险基金。作为世界上自然灾害严重的国家之一,我国应研究和借鉴其他国家的有益经验,加快构建巨灾保险制度。According to the analysis on three main foreign catastrophe insurance system models,these catastrophe insurance systems were in a relatively sound legal protection mechanism,paid attention to the market mechanism to respond to the catastrophe risk,were given policy support in different degrees,and most countries had established catastrophe risk fund.As a country with serious natural disasters,China should learn the beneficial experience from other countries and accelerate the construction of China＇s catastrophe insurance system.
