摘  要:分析了离心式压缩机运行过程中空气冷凝水的析出原因及其危害,认为通过比较各流道压缩截面上空气冷凝水析出量的理论计算值和实际值,可以分析判断离心式压缩机在实际运行过程中各段空气冷凝水析出量是否在合理的范围之内,进而掌握压缩机运行参数是否合理与可靠,判断中间冷却器是否存在内漏并对其运行周期和需要停机检修的时间进行确认,由此达到提高离心式压缩机长周期平稳运行可靠性的目的。After analyzing causes and harm of the precipitation of condensed water while the centrifugal air compressor running, whether the amount of air-condensed water preeipitated of the paragraphs within a reasonable range when the centrifugal compressor is in the actual operation by comparing the calculated and actual values of the amount of water precipitated on the com- pressed cross section of each flow were judged. Then grasp whether the compressor^s operating parameters are reasonable,whether there is internal leakage in intercooler and confirm its opera- tion cycle are reliable, and the time needed downtime and improve centrifugal compressor's relia- bility when it runs under the condition of a regular cycle and stable operation.
