摘　　要：普拉曲沙为首个治疗外周T细胞淋巴瘤(peripheral T-cell lymphoma,PTCL)药物,适用于复发或对其他化疗药物治疗无效的PTCL患者。本文通过检索文献,对普拉曲沙的作用机制、药动学、药理作用、临床评价及不良反应等方面进行了综述,为临床用药提供参考。Pralatrexate is the first drug for treatment of peripheral T-cell lymphoma（PTCL）.It has been used in patients with recrudescence or without response to other chemotherapies.This review summarized its mechanisms of action,pharmacology,pharmacodynamics,clinical evaluation and adverse reactions in order to provide a reference for clinical medication.
