摘 要:白藜芦醇(resveratrol,简称RES)化学名称为3,5,4-三羟基-二苯乙烯(亦称芪三酚),是一种植物在恶劣环境下或遭到病原体侵害时,自身分泌的可抗霉菌感染的植物抗毒素。越来越多的证据表明,白藜芦醇对人体具有防治心血管疾病和癌症、抗炎等作用。因此,白藜芦醇的研究受到广泛重视,同时它的衍生物及类似物也受到关注而被深入研究。本文综述了近年来国内外学者对白藜芦醇衍生物及类似物的药理活性等方面的研究成果,以及分析方法研究进展情况。白藜芦醇衍生物和类似物与白藜芦醇一样具有多种生理药理活性,其中有些化合物的活性、选择性及稳定性均要强于白藜芦醇,故备受关注,成为近些年的研究热点。Resveratrol(3,5,4'-trihydroxystilbene) is a naturally occurring plant phytoalexin which is synthesized by several plants in response to adverse conditions,such as environmental stress or pathogenic attack.Growing evidence suggests that resveratrol exerts the preventing effect on human pathological processes,such as inflammation,atherosclerosis,and carcinogenesis,so it is of catholic concern.Therefore,resveratrol derivatives and analogues have caused great attention both in home and abroad.Relative literature in the last few years about its pharmacological activities and analysis methods were summarized and analyzed in this paper.These compounds have multiple biological and pharmacological activities like resveratrol;but some are superior over resveratrol in activity,selectivity and stability,and have become a research focus in recent years.
