摘　　要：通过对宁波、舟山港口联盟前后集装箱与货物吞吐量,及补货、旅客等方面变化的实证分析,阐述了联盟的社会效益,指出港口联盟对宁波-舟山港物流绩效提升具有积极作用,并进行了原因剖析。Through studying empirically the changes in container, passenger, cargo, and foreign trade throughputs before and after the allying of Ningbo port and Zhoushan port as well as the social benefits of the alliance, the paper points out that the port alliance has obvious promotional effect on the performance of the two ports individually and presents its understanding of the underlying mechanism.
