摘  要:采用直接混合法和分级注入法制备了乙烯-丙烯酸酯-甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯共聚物增容聚碳酸酯/聚丙烯共混物。比较了两种混合方法对增容体系形态和性能的影响。结果表明,相比直接混合法,利用分级注入法所得混合体系的拉伸断裂应变大幅提高,且共混体系中分散相粒子与基体间有更强的界面作用,分散相粒子尺寸明显变小。用裂纹扩展功(G_(1c))评价不同加工方法对增容体系的影响发现,运用分级注入所得材料有更高的G_(1c)值,说明利用分级注入技术能显著改善体系的增容效果。Polypropylene(PP)/polycarbonate(PC) blends were prepared via directly blending and lateral injection process with ethylene-methacrylate-glycidyl methacrylate (E-MA-GMA) as compatibilizer. The effects of the two processes on morphology and properties of the compatibilizing systems were compared. The results show that the blends treated with the lateral injection process has greatly enhanced tensile strain at break, stronger interfacial adhesion between dispersed phase particle and matrix and smaller dispersed phase particle size, compared with directly blending process. In addition, the blends treated with the lateral injection process possesses higher critical strain energy release rate(GIC) as verified in the evaluation by the Glc test, which indicates that the process can significantly improve the compatibility of the blends.
