温州地区蔬菜生产效益及其影响因素研究

摘　　要：对温州市2009年4个县(市)60户蔬菜种植农户的蔬菜生产情况进行调查,对影响蔬菜生产效益的因素进行了分析。研究结果表明,各地区因自然、社会和经济条件的不同,对蔬菜生产效益的影响大小不同,最高与最低县的平均每667m2效益差别高达7 535.32元;劳动者不同年龄对蔬菜种植效益也有较大的影响,40岁以下劳动者的蔬菜生产效益最高;蔬菜不同栽培方式对效益影响的可比性最强,设施的栽培面积只占露地的栽培面积的45%,但生产效益却是露地的3倍多;种植面积越大,投入成本越少,投入产出比越大。Using the survey data 60 vegetable farmers of 4 counties in Wenzhou,the influencing elements of productive profit were analyzed.The results showed that the difference of natural,social and economic conditions had different effects on vegetable productive profit,the average difference in efficiency of the highest and lowest county up to 7 535.32 yuan/667 m2.The different ages of laborers also growed greater impact on vegetable benefits,the laborers which under 40 years old had the highest income.The strongest effect on productive profit was the different cultivation methods of vegetables.The area of facilities open field cultivation was only 45% of cultivated area,but which production efficiency was 3 times of the open field.The larger planting area and the less input costs,the greater input-output ratio was.
