四川省竞技游泳后备人才培养现存问题与对策

摘　　要：对四川省7个市州体校、游泳俱乐部的教练员、运动员、运动员家长等进行问卷调查和实地调研,系统分析影响四川省竞技游泳水平发展的原因,并探讨了新的竞技游泳人才培养模式,为重振四川竞技游泳提供参考。Literature review, interview, questionnaire, logical analysis and mathematical statistics are employed in this paper to survey coaches, athletes and athlete parents in the sports schools and swimming clubs of seven Sichuan cities and prefectures, systematically analyze factors affecting Siehuan athletic swimming level and discuss new model to cultivate athletic swimming talents, hoping to provide reference for the rejuvenation of Siehuan athletic swimming.
