摘　　要：呼吸机是ICU病房常用及主要的医疗设备,随着呼吸机在临床应用的增加,呼吸机相关性肺炎(VAP)的发病率也显著增加。本文对VAP的定义、诊断标准、导致VAP的诱发因素与途径以及如何采用集束化综合护理策略预防和降低呼吸机相关性肺炎的发生进行综述。A ventilator is a common medical equipment used in ICU.The incidence of ventilator-associated pneumonia（VAP） has rised remarkably with the increase of clinical application of ventilators.This article reviews its definition,diagnostic criteria,causative factors and how to use cluster based care strategies to prevent and reduce VAP incidence.
