摘　　要：本文介绍了中石化西北油田分公司安全环保督察服务理念和提高现场督察服务的具体措施,以期为促进油田安全环保督察服务工作以及提高石油企业督察工作质量提供借鉴。This paper describes the service concept of the supervising department for environmental protection and security in Northwest Constituent Company of Sinopec and the measures to improve the on-site supervising services for the purpose of improving the quality of supervising work.These measures can provide the reference for other oil fields.
