摘　　要：影响FDI跨国并购的因素有很多,但主要影响因素有6个,其中,一国货币与准货币占GDP的比率,一国国际贸易总额占GDP的比率,一国人均GDP变动率对FDI跨国并购活动有促进作用;一国证券市场成交总额占GDP的比率、一国实际汇率、一国总税收收入占GDP的比率,是FDI跨国并购的阻碍因素。There are many factors influencing foreign direct investment （FDI） cross-border mergers acquisitions （MAs）,but six of those are very important. Three factors,which include money and quasi money as percentage of GDP,the sum of international trade as percentage of GDP and the change of average real GDP as percentage of GDP,have positive effect. Another three factors,which include the sum of capital of stock market as percentage of GDP,the total revenues as percentage of GDP,and real exchange rate,hinder FDI MAs.
