湖南县域经济核心竞争力评价与实证分析

摘　　要：县域经济的核心竞争力是很多因素综合作用的结果。回归分析结果显示:产业结构对县域的经济增长有非常显著的影响;劳动力、政府支出对县域经济增长有一定的影响;而国有经济固定资产投入对县域经济增长起的作用不显著。构建一个由6个二级指标、35个三级指标构成的县域经济核心竞争力评价指标体系,利用熵值法对湖南省县域经济核心竞争力进行排序,并提出提升湖南省县域经济核心竞争力的对策建议。The key competitiveness of county economy is the results of comprehensive functions with many factors. Regression analysis reveals that industrial structure has prominent influence on county economic growth,labour and government＇s expenditure have certain influence on county economic growth,and the state-owned economy＇s role on county economic growth is not prominent. A core competitiveness evaluation index system is established with 6 second index,35 tertiary index. Finally,an empirical analysis of Hunan Province is given with entropy method.
