摘 要:本试验选取围产期经产健康荷斯坦奶牛40头,随机分为4组:T1、T2、T3和C组,每组各10头。产前7d分别每头每天饲喂过瘤胃维生素D1.5、3.0、6.0和0g,直至分娩,产后均不饲喂过瘤胃维生素D,试验至产后7d结束。所有试验奶牛在产前7d、3d、产后3d、7d及分娩当天测定血浆钙(Ca)、磷(P)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)的水平,结果显示:T1和T2组奶牛围产期低血钙发生率均低于对照组,而T3组在产前3d至产后7d均高于其他3组;血浆Ca浓度变化与低血钙症刚好相反;T1组血浆ALP浓度,从产前3d到产后7d的4个时间点均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);血浆P浓度4组各时间点之间无明显变化。结论:奶牛产前饲喂适量的过瘤胃维生素D1.5g/(d·头)能明显降低奶牛围产期低血钙发生率和改善钙负平衡,这可能与适量的过瘤胃维生素D促进奶牛肠道中钙的吸收有关。In this study,40 Holstein cows were randomly divided into four groups during transition period,10 cows per group.Cows in control group C supplemented without protected vitamin D.Cows in treatment T groups supplemented with protected vitamin D(1.5 g/d/cows for T1,3 g/d/cows for T2,and 6 g/d/cows for T3,respectively) from 7 d at prepartum to calving.Level of plasma calcium(Ca),phosphorus(P),alkaline phosphatase(ALP)were measured at 7 d,3 d before calving,on the day of calving,and at 3 d,7 d after calving.Results showed that the incidence of hypocalcaemia in T1 and T2 groups were lower than that in C group during transition period,but of T3 group were higher than of other groups,and plasma Ca has a contrary changes against hypcalcemia.Level of ALP in T1 groups were significantly higher than that in C group from 3 d to at 7 d after calving(P0.05),Concentration of plasma P were no significantly different among four groups(P0.05).Conclusion obtained that the cows supplemented with protected vitamin D(1.5 g/d/cow)before calving had a low incidence of hypocalcemia,which may be related to role of vitamin D in promoting absorption of calcium in intestinal tract.
