摘　　要：目的:了解肌腱修复术后患者的健康信念及其与康复治疗依从性的关系。方法:对228例手部肌腱修复术后患者进行调查,内容包括患者的基本情况、健康信念和治疗依从性等。采用SPSS 11.0统计软件对资料进行分析。结果:228例手部肌腱修复术后患者治疗依从性总得分为(35.32±6.95)分;术后患肢功能康复治疗依从性与健康信念及其各维度的相关分析中,显示患者的健康信念与治疗依从性呈显著正相关。肌腱修复术后患者越能认识到治疗行为的益处及必要性,维护身体健康的动机越强,其治疗依从性越高;而认为术后功能康复治疗有害、没有必要治疗者其依从性较差。结论:手部肌腱修复术后患者的健康信念影响着患者术后的功能康复治疗依从性。为提高护理质量,有助于术后康复训练和减少肌腱粘连,护士应关注手部肌腱修复术后患者的健康信念及其对治疗依从性的影响,使护理干预措施更加系统化。Objective：To evaluate the relationship between health beliefs and rehabilitation care compliance in patients with hand tendon prothesis.Methods：228 patients with hand tendon prothesis were investigated.Three instruments were used for data collection：demographic information,treatment compliance and health belief scales.The SPSS 11.0 was used for data analysis.Results： The average score of treatment compliance of the patients was（35.32±6.95）.The results of correlative analysis on health beliefs and treatment compliance revealed that health beliefs of the patients had a remarkable influence on their treatment compliance.If the patients believed the benefits and necessity of the rehabilitation care and knew more about the rehabilitation care,their treatment compliances were higher,and vice versa.Conclusion： The health beliefs of the patients with hand tendon prothesis had a remarkable influence on their rehabilitation care compliance.For enhance quality of care,conduce to rehabilitation training and decrease adhesion of tendon,the nurse should pay more attention to the patients＇ health beliefs and the influences to patients＇ treatment compliance and make the nursing intervention study become more systematically.
