摘  要:在接种南方根结线虫的番茄幼苗上用snef8菌液进行灌根处理,通过测定番茄根部PAL、PPO、POD的活性变化,初步了解其作用机制。结果表明:经菌液处理后,植株体内PAL于第30天出现最大值;PPO活性在第20天出现最大值;POD活性于第30天出现最大值,这些酶活的变化一方面与植物自身的防御功能有关,另一方面,是由于菌液的诱导作用,促使植株体内相关酶活发生改变。这些酶活性的升高增强了番茄抵御线虫侵染的能力,说明植株体内相关防御酶活性的提高是诱导番茄植株抗病的生理机制之一。Action mechanism of antagomistic snef8 on tomato root-knot was studied.The activity changes of PAL,PPO,POD were tested by inoculating strain snef8 fermentation liquid on the diseased plant.The results showed that the maximum of PLA in plant advented on 30 days,the maximum of PPO activity advented on 20 days,the maximum of POD activity advented on 20 days.The changes showed that they had some relationship to defensive function of the plant,and another hand,related enzyme were changed because of the induced function of fermentation liquid.The increasing of activity of enzyme in tomato enhanced resistance of the nematode.It indicated that the enhancement of activity of the enzyme correlated with defense is one of the physiological mechanisms of plant.
