针刺阳明经不同组穴对变应性鼻炎的影响

摘　　要：目的观察阳明经不同组穴配方针刺治疗对变应性鼻炎的影响。方法将120例变应性鼻炎患者分为六组,每组20例,分别采用局部取穴或者局部加循经取穴治疗。比较各组患者治疗前后症状体征积分及血清SP含量。结果六组患者治疗后血清SP含量与同组治疗前比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。针刺迎香和合谷穴的B1组和针刺迎香和足三里穴的B3组症状体征积分和血清SP含量下降明显,与其他四组比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针刺阳明经不同组穴配方对变应性鼻炎不同症状产生效应;针刺迎香、合谷、足三里组能较快地缓解变应性鼻炎症候,可调节失衡的神经递质功能。Objective To investigate the effects of acupuncture at different combinations of yangming meridian points on allergic rhinitis. Methods One hundred and twenty patients with allergic rhinitis were randomly allocated to six groups, 20 cases each. They were treated by local point selection and local plus along-meridian point selection, respectively. Symptom and sign scores and serum SP contents were compared between different groups of patients before and after treatment. Results There was a statistically significant pre-/post-treatment difference in the serum SP content in all the six groups of patients （P〈0.05）. The symptom and sign score and the serum SP content decreased markedly in group B 1 （acupuncture at points Y＇mgxiang and Hegu） and group B2 （acupuncture at points Yingxiang and Zusanli）. There was a statistically significant difference as compared with the other four groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Acupuncture at different combinations of yangming meridian points produces effects on different symptoms of allergic rhinitis. Acupuncture at a group of points Yingxiang, Hegu and Zusanli can rapidly relieve the symptoms and signs of allergic rhinitis and regulate dysfunctional
