摘　　要：螺纹粘扣是钻具失效的常见形式。旋转台肩式螺纹在目前的钻具螺纹中占很大比例。通过对旋转台肩式螺纹粘扣产生原因的分析,指出材料、加工和使用因素对螺纹粘扣都会产生直接影响。提出了预防粘扣的主要措施。Thread-sticky is a popular failure mode of drilling tool,and rotary-shouldered thread takes a great proportion in drilling string thread.By the analysis on the cause of thread-sticky in rotary-shouldered threads,it is put forward that the manufacture material,processing and operation factor have direct influence.The paper suggested the main measures for thread-sticky prevention.
